Everything here — the compound guides, the foundational skill resources, the regulatory context, the reconstitution references — exists for one reason: people are researching these compounds regardless of whether accurate information is available to them. This site exists to make sure it is.

The guides on this page document what the published scientific literature shows, what Health Canada’s regulatory position is, and what the research community reports. Evidence is clearly distinguished by type throughout. A compound with extensive Phase 3 clinical trial data is presented differently from one whose evidence base is primarily preclinical.

How Evidence Is Presented Here

Every resource on this site distinguishes between three categories of evidence. They are not equivalent, and that distinction is maintained consistently across every guide, article, and resource here.

01 — Clinical
Published Human Clinical Research

Controlled trials, registered studies, and peer-reviewed findings involving human subjects. The highest standard of evidence.

02 — Preclinical
Preclinical Research

Laboratory and animal studies. Often extensive and compelling, but animal models do not always translate to human outcomes.

03 — Community
Community-Reported Protocol Data

Aggregated information from researchers tracking their own use. Describes what is being reported, not what is safe or effective.

A compound with extensive Phase 3 clinical trial data is not presented the same way as a compound whose evidence base is primarily animal studies. That distinction is maintained consistently across every guide, article, and resource on this site.
